| 崗位描述 |
核心職責： ·了解粟泰中國產品及其功能 ·了解行業(yè)以及政府政策和政府項目，尋找新的機會 ·通過充分了解市場和客戶開發(fā)新的業(yè)務機會 ·協(xié)助利益相關方管理產品測試 · 分析市場及競爭 · 協(xié)助發(fā)展定價策略 · 建立銷售管理結構，流程和系統(tǒng) · 產品批準后，管理銷售 Core Responsibilities: · Understand SoilTap China products and their functions · Understand the industry as well as public policies and government programs to identify new opportunities · Develop new business opportunities through sound understanding of markets and customers · Assist with management of product testing with various stakeholders · Analyze market and competition · Assist with development of profitable pricing strategies · Build the structures, processes and systems needed for sales management · After product approval, manage sales |
| 應聘要求 | 任職資格 ： ·在中國農業(yè)行業(yè)5年以上的銷售經(jīng)驗 ·有新產品推廣的經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先 ·具有團隊精神，帶領團隊其他員工取得結果 ·肯學習，有責任感 ·強大的解決問題的能力（開放性思維） ·積極主動：具有獨立工作能力，找到最好的解決方案 ·良好的人際溝通技巧：隨和，友善 ·適應創(chuàng)業(yè)型企業(yè)不斷變化的環(huán)境 ·英語流利優(yōu)先 薪酬和福利：面議； 取決于個人經(jīng)驗 Qualifications: · 5+ years experience in China agriculture industry · Experience with new product rollout preferred · Ability to work in team situation engaging others to achieve results · Willing to learn, strong accountability · Strong problem solving skills (thinking outside the box) · Pro-active: does not need step by step instructions to find the best solution · Strong interpersonal skills: easy going, friendly · Comfortable with an entrepreneurial, changing environment · English fluency preferred Salary & Benefits: Negotiable； contingent on experience |
